Recommended Daily Workflow

1. Open Dashboard in Action View.

Overview

  1. Open Dashboard in Action View.
  2. Check overall health, active severity counts, problem templates, and top issue groups.
  3. Open the highest-impact issue group or problem template.
  4. Use Issues filters to narrow the queue.
  5. Open an object detail and inspect Issues, Usage/Datasources, Dependency Graph, and Change History.
  6. Fix the root cause in the source system.
  7. Run the smallest relevant scan, or wait for the next scheduled scan.
  8. Confirm the issue clears from active counts.
  9. Suppress only intentional exceptions with a reason and, when useful, an expiry date.
