Installation checklist

On a split deployment each server has its own bootstrap.json and logs.
Support information to collect
- The PI Nexus+ version and which server runs which component.
- The installer, web application and scanner logs for the period of the problem.
- The SQL Server and database name, and the app pool and service identities.
- The license status, and the failing scan's ID and message.
- A support bundle from Admin > Support > Support Bundle, created after reproducing the problem.
Never send passwords, secrets or private keys.
