Category External Systems on the Issues page. One issue per system at most.

Health impact defaults
An administrator sets, per system and per direction, how each PI Point condition counts (see External Systems in the Administration Guide).

Each impact can be set to Error, Warning or Ignore.
Health and role

| Health Warning | Any condition with impact Warning and none with Error |
| Health Good | No impact, and at least one evaluated PI Point |
| Health Not Evaluated | No connected PI Points, or none evaluated |
| Role Source / Target / Both | The system has inbound links, outbound links, or both |
| Role Unassigned | No PI Point Rule is linked |
Suppressing an issue hides it from active counts but does not change the derived health. Only Ignore removes a condition's impact.
