Roles

A user without a mapped role sees No role. Roles are assigned by an administrator (see Administration Overview in the Administration Guide).
Search

Pages and the site

List pages load 250 rows at a time (Load 250 more); the PI Adapters list pages with Previous and Next instead. On PI Points, the bar above the list and the row check boxes select points for Recalculate analyses.
Admin is not affected by the site. Server filters on a page offer only the site's servers; a server chosen for another site is dropped when you switch. The choice is stored per browser, shared by its tabs, and falls back to All sites if the site is deleted.
CSV exports
All exports need the Operator role and are locked in the Evaluation edition. Unless noted, a file contains the current filtered view in the chosen site.

Change History filters

Clicking a day in the Change timeline filters the list to that day (Clear date removes it); clicking a legend entry hides or shows a category. How long changes are kept: Retention and Maintenance Reference.
Missing and excluded inventory

Both kinds show as Not Evaluated and are left out of the health percentages. The Servers page uses Show: Also not monitored instead.
